Summary The VP, Digital Success role is focused on helping the Wiland Sales Teams grow digital revenues for the company, working through the existing Sales Teams. They are responsible for developing strategies and a Digital Sales Plan to significantly increase digital revenues for Wiland. They will bridge the gap between Product Management and Sales by creating industry focused digital solutions using a variety of Wiland Digital Products developed by Product Management and training the Sales Team on how these solutions can provide value to their clients/prospects. They will support any and all front-line sales efforts. They will also provide valuable market-level information to Sales and market and client input to Product Management to help direct future digital initiatives The VP, Digital Success is also a digital subject matter expert (SME) whose key role is to support the New Business Development (NBD) and Client Success Sales Teams across all Wiland targeted industries. As a digital SME they will work with sales, marketing & product management to sell, position, and price digital solutions for Wiland. They will provide content for digital sales materials including; presentations, brochures, proposals, responses to RFPs/Data Questionnaires, etc In addition, the VP, Digital Success will have frequent client interaction and occasionally participation in-person for client/prospect meetings. They will work with Industry Leaders and Marketing to provide thought leadership to help establish Wiland as an expert in the digital space. Job Responsibilities Develop a strategy and plan to significantly grow Wiland's digital revenues, through the Wiland Sales Teams. Participate in and drive sales calls related to digital offerings, traveling with the Sales Teams as necessary. Work closely with NBD and Client Success teams to develop digital solutions that best position Wiland's capabilities and ensure a successful engagement with the client. Help prepare, package, and present both digital presentations and proposals to existing and prospective clients. Train, develop, and coach all NBD and Client Success Sales Team members regarding the best way to sell digital solutions. Share knowledge with the goal of enhancing digital sales performance. Work with Wiland Digital Product Managers and VP of Digital Operations to develop a deep understanding of Wiland's digital products, capabilities and processes available to all Industries. Provide prospect and client input to the Product Management team to help direct future digital development efforts. Have a deep understand of the digital marketplace and all competitive offerings. Work closely with Marketing and the Demand Generation Team on developing and improving product specific marketing plans, recommending digital marketing campaigns and ensuring all Marketing reflects the benefit driven solutions our clients are looking for. Understand and document the customer journey for Digital products for each Industry/Solution we support. Develop value-added content that supports prospective clients in each stage of their buying journey. Education, Experience & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in sales, marketing, information technology or other related discipline or equivalent work experience. Must be able to produce college transcripts showing minimum 3.0 GPA 8
years sales or sales support experience with demonstrable success in supporting new client acquisition and digital sales. 8
years digital experience with knowledge of media buying. 4
years Product Management or product strategy experience preferred 4
years experience with audiences or data preferred Knowledge of a wide variety of Digital Products in a variety of Industries. Experience selling or supporting Wiland products and solutions preferred. Additional Details Location:

Client Success Compensation:
$137,667 - $148,333. Total compensation for this role also includes a variable component. Our benefits include:
