Director, Digital Insights & Optimization

SUMMARY: As the Crocs Director Digital Insights & Optimization this position will service all Digital marketing and commerce functions throughout the organization. This role leads teams using data, competitive research, and business ROI models to develop and evolve Crocs' consumer digital marketing programs. Working cross-functionally with eCommerce Merchandising, eCommerce Technology, Global Marketing, Global Regional business teams, and other key stakeholders, this role will develop and implement strategies and processes that leverage various analytics capabilities to fuel design and business decisions and insights. This role will be responsible for leading, developing and managing direct reports. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Support the VP Digital Marketing, Analytics and CRM in developing and deploying repeatable class-leading Digital insights programs. Manage a team that responsible for delivering impactful customer journeys and building future capabilities to support new channels, digital innovation, and data driven experiences. Deliver practical and actionable recommendations based upon marketing intelligence generated through primary research, journey analytics, consumer modeling, and competitive analysis Leverage the use of marketing analytics to provide insights and make recommendations to reach the consumer in new ways to improve marketing ROI and fuel Brand growth. Coordinate with Global Marketing and third-party digital marketing agencies on measurement plans, media instrumentation and audience selection and optimization of Awareness and Consideration branding campaigns. Increase organizational capability and adoption of data management, measurement and optimization, and data science Collaborate with Global and Digital marketing teams to integrate digital tactics into each marketing program. Foster an environment of continuous testing for optimization - from A/B testing CTAs and content placements to optimizing lead gen form flows, this position will champion the strategy for creative and advertising experimentation. Creates an empowered and motivating environment that supports the ongoing training and development of our digital insights team. Present and communicate results of key web initiatives, digital marketing campaigns, and online sales throughout the team and with the commercial leads. QUALIFICATIONS The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Bachelor's degreerequired, advanced degreepreferred. 10+years'digital marketing and online salesexperience, preferably for B2C businesses.   At least 5 years leading digital insights teams. In-depth knowledge of DMPs (e.g., BlueKai, Adobe Audience Manager, Salesforce DMP) Advanced working knowledge of tag management platforms (e.g., Tealium, Adobe DTM) Advanced working knowledge of site optimization and personalization platforms (e.g., Optimizely, Adobe Target, Maxymiser) Passionate about web and advertising optimization, web analytics, and online sales. Experience with web content strategy, localization, paid media, owned media, testing and analytics. Marketing Attribution platform and CRMexperience a plus Experience and demonstrated capability making data driven decisions to continually optimize performance within established constraints. Exceptional communication/interpersonal skills to clearly articulate ideas, frame problems and offer solutions. Strong leadership track record with ability to work effectively with executive leadership team. Balanced strategic and tactical thinker with strong presentation, problem-solving, analytical, and budget management skills, and understanding of ROI analysis. Excellent judgment and creative problem solving skills including negotiation and conflict resolution skills. Ability to influence and engage direct and indirect reports and peers.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
