Human Resources Manager

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Establish effective partnerships and communication with the business partners to ensure HR programs & processes are delivered and implemented consistently throughout the group Manage the implementation of HR initiatives and provide support to the group to strategically and positively drive organizational change Partner with the recruiting, compensation, and benefits teams to ensure the business can attract, motivate, develop and retain great talent through effective resourcing, training & development, performance management and reward strategies Build commitment amongst leadership towards the performance management program and develops/executes performance solutions in alignment with organizational values Identify opportunities for ways of working, policies, procedures, and programs to develop long term strategies regarding employee engagement and retention Ensure the Company is in compliance with corporate and legal requirements for the assigned business groups Cross functional projects as assigned   QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Bachelor's Degree 5 years of progressive Human Resources experience Experience in the footwear or apparel industry preferred Experience in policy management, employee relations, performance management, organizational change and compliance Strong business acumen, in-depth knowledge of the business and client group, and the ability to effectively implement HR strategies to support business goals Strong knowledge of key business and financial drivers Strong knowledge of compliance and policy development and implementation Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to influence at all levels of organization Excellent communication skills both internally & externally; one on one and in group settings Proven ability to be a strong business partner Ability to provide coaching and guidance to leaders on a variety of performance related situations or circumstances Ability to analyze data and recognize trends to make sound decisions

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
