Manager, People Development & Communications

This position is responsible for executing the people development strategy globally. It is responsible for creating inherently simple programs with a people purposed design aligned to the strategic direction of the company and will cultivate our talent at Crocs.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Manage the cohort learning solution for individual contributors utilizing eLearning content, in-person cohort conversations and manager follow-up.
Create an annual new-manager boot camp program. Ensure content is packaged by area of focus for each Quarter.
Enhance the management development program 'Walk the Talk' by creating new cross-functional cohort groups with effective cohort leaders and designing new topics on an every other month basis.
Provide leader-led job specific training for key focused competency areas such as the Distribution Center, Customer Service and Merchandising.
Define key metrics outlining success, measure and report on the results of each program.
Continue to assess the needs of the organization and make recommendations for future solutions.
Manage the HIPO program, Key Future Leaders.
Partner with the HR Business Partners to provide individual specific development opportunities that are a blend of internal and external resources.
Ensure the development program initiatives are tied to the needs of the business.
Track success stories and present to the senior leadership
Partner with PlayerLync to ensure the platform is an effective solution for the organization.
Monitor usage
Make recommendations for continuous improvement.
Reinforce strategic proof-points through company-wide communication
Monitor & evaluate culture using pulse and/or engagement survey vehicles
Manage company communication platforms (i.e., 1200 seconds)
Lead the People Development Analyst.
Prioritize initiatives.
Provide feedback, coaching and development ongoing

Bachelor's degree
7 years of relevant experience.
Experience with instructional design tools and learning techniques in a variety of delivery methods.
Project Manager experience
Proficient in a Learning Management System (LMS) and strong familiarity with learning technologies and software solution.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Demonstrated ability to create learning content, facilitate and provide trainings.
Proven ability to think strategically.
Ability to analyze data and report on people analytics.
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to effectively communicate at all levels of organization
Ability to influence others and effectively lead the change management process.
Strong customer focus and ability to thrive in a complex, change-oriented environment.
Strong leadership and management skills, including driving results through people.
Proven success in a fast paced environment
Travel Requirement: 20%

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
